Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were quite spacious and equipped with essentials like AC, a microwave, and coffee, although they had a strong smell of rancid mold mixed with chemicals. Some wear and tear was visible, like chips in the bathtub, and cleanliness was an issue with used items left in our room. On the bright side, the staff was lovely and very helpful, even accommodating our request for a late check-out. The location, although convenient for some attractions, didn't feel entirely safe after sunset. The dining experience was interesting, with a self-service but good inclusive breakfast in the lobby. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities provided were average overall.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was convenient, but the noise from the entrance arch was disturbing. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the inclusive breakfast was a nice touch. However, the room felt crowded, and the food quality at times was disappointing.
The hotel offers clean, comfortable rooms with 2 queen size beds, quieter than those facing the busy street, but showing some wear and tear like the bathtub having chips. The service was friendly, accommodating our request to extend check out time and being helpful overall. Despite the lack of walking-distance attractions and being on the 1st out of 2 floors, the location had a small quaint town feel. The dining experience provided a good variety for a continental breakfast, better than expected. The facilities are well-maintained.
The hotel had rooms with some wear and tear like chips in the bathtub but were equipped with necessary amenities like AC, microwave, and coffee. The noise level was high, and the presence of used items in the room was disgusting. The cleaning staff were in aprons with cleaner on them while serving breakfast before guests had finished eating.
The hotel rooms are large, clean, and conveniently located near the freeway, making it a practical choice for travelers. While the cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, there was a noticeable unpleasant odor of rancid mold mixed with chemicals. The staff is related and sweet, providing helpful service. The location, though not overly inviting, is close to the airport, adding to its convenience.
The hotel rooms are large, clean, and conveniently located near the freeway, though they had an unpleasant smell akin to someone peeing all over the floor. Despite this, the rooms offer a decent work area and are quieter than those facing the busy street, albeit lacking any scenic views.
I was on the 1st floor overlooking the parking lot, and that wasn't ideal. Our room had some used items, which was quite off-putting. While the room itself was spacious, it was disappointing to see cleaning staff come into the breakfast area with dirty aprons that had cleaning residue on them.
The hotel is conveniently located near the freeway with clean, spacious rooms and great TV and WiFi facilities. The service was friendly and helpful, though not very professional. The location, while close to City National Civic, may not be ideal for walking around after sunset. The dining experience offered inclusive breakfast options, but the location was not the best. Overall, a decent value for money stay.
The hotel rooms were nice and roomy, but unfortunately, filthy with used items left in the room. The cleaning people were not up to par as they came in aprons covered in cleaner before guests had finished breakfast. However, the service, particularly from Renee Lorzano, was exceptional, addressing our concerns with care. The location was acceptable, close to various dining options, but the noise level was high due to the proximity to a busy entrance. The dining experience was a mixed bag, with some days offering good options while others lacked variety and freshness. Overall, the facilities were lacking.
The hotel is conveniently close to Japan Town with a variety of dining options, but the feeling of safety in the area is inconsistent. The rooms, although clean and adequate, may suffer from noise due to their location above the arch where cars enter and exit. The staff is friendly and courteous, though some may lack a professional touch at times. The dining experience is average, with a friendly staff and inclusive breakfast. The location is convenient for access to the airport without the high prices.
